1. Scope and Subject of the Contract

These terms of use apply to all educational offers, coaching programs, and further training courses offered by Bildungsimpulse (represented by helpwithwomen.com GbR, Schottplatz 9b, info@helpwithwomen.com). The subject is the provision of learning content, exercises, and consulting services in the field of communication and personal development.

Participation in our offers requires prior registration and acceptance of these terms. Minors require the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Rights and Obligations of Participants

Participants undertake to use the provided materials and content exclusively for their own learning process. Passing on, reproducing, or commercially exploiting the course content is prohibited without written permission.

Participants are themselves responsible for the technical requirements (stable internet connection, suitable device). For live coaching sessions, active participation (camera and microphone) is desired but not mandatory.

• No recording of live sessions without explicit consent
• Timely cancellation in case of absence (at least 24 hours before the appointment)

3. Scope of Services and Changes

The exact scope of the educational offers (number of sessions, duration, content) is transparently presented in the course description before the contract is concluded. We reserve the right to adjust content or dates for organizational reasons, provided this does not significantly impair the overall benefit of the program.

If a live session is canceled by the provider, a replacement date will be offered or the corresponding amount refunded. Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, official orders) entitles cancellation without claim for compensation.

3.1 Digital Learning Materials

All digital documents (PDFs, videos, worksheets) are available for participants to download during the course duration. After the course ends, access to the learning platform expires unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms and Withdrawal

The participation fee is due before the course starts, unless installment payment has been agreed in writing. Payment is made by bank transfer or via the payment service provider specified on the website.

Withdrawal from the contract is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the course starts. For later cancellations, a processing fee of 25% of the participation amount will be charged. In case of non-attendance without cancellation, there is no entitlement to a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

The content of our educational offers serves personal and professional development. They do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or legal advice. We assume no liability for specific results or changes in the lives of participants.

Liability for damages arising from the use of the offered content is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and then only for the contract-typical, foreseeable damage.

Liability for data loss is limited to the usual recovery costs, provided the loss was not caused by intentional action.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

All personal data of participants is processed in accordance with our privacy policy (available at policy.html). Personal information discussed in coaching sessions and group meetings is subject to confidentiality.

Participants undertake not to disclose any confidential information from the sessions to third parties. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to take legal action.

7. Termination of Use

The contract ends upon completion of the booked course or program. In the event of repeated violations of these terms (e.g., disrespectful behavior, misuse of content), the provider may terminate participation without notice. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fee.

Participants may terminate the contract at any time by written notice (email to info@helpwithwomen.com). Fees already paid will be refunded proportionally for the period not yet provided, minus a processing fee of 15%.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect for the future. Participants will be informed of significant changes by email. If a participant does not object within four weeks of receiving the change notification, the new terms are deemed accepted.
